Constructing socialism new countryside is the inevitable request of constructing harmonious society. Developing modern agriculture logistics is very important to develope the agricultural production, increase the farmer＇s income, construct local civilization, improve village appearance as well as promote management democracy and it is the basic upholstery of constructing the socialism new countryside.
