在全球供应链下,作为国际物流重要节点的港口也面临着激烈的竞争和挑战。在此情形下,本文将供应链管理的思想应用到港口生产营销中,整合国际海运物流渠道,构建集成化的港口供应链,以提升港口竞争力。
As an important node of the international logistics under the global supply chain, port encounters intense competition and challenge. Under this condition, this paper applies the theory of SCM to the port's production and marketing, integrates the international shipping logistics channel to build port supply chain to enhance its own competitive ability.
