摘要
对企业网络组织理论、物流组织演进过程、现代物流企业的研究可以发现,物流企业的组织结构正在向网络组织方向发展,目前物流企业的组织形态正在从单个的企业组织,逐渐向供应链思想下的链状的合作组织过渡,并将最终走向网状联盟的物流网络组织。本文在阐述物流网络组织概念的基础上,着重探讨了物流网络组织产生的驱动因素。
Through the study of the theory of enterprise network organization, the gradual progress of logistics organization and the research of logistics enterprise. We can find the organization of logistics enterprise will develop towards the network organization. Now the organization form of logistics enterprise is gradually transiting from individual enterprise organization to cooperative organization and in the end move towards logistics network organization. This text gives the concept of logistics network organization, and on the basis of the concept, analyzes the driving factors of the logistics network organization forming.
