摘要
随着我国人民生活水平的提高和科学技术的快速发展,银行卡应运而生,但我国银行卡产业发展还非常的落后。首先分析了我国银行卡发展中的问题,接着分析了幼稚产业理论和美国银行卡发展的经验,最后认为我国应该对银行卡实施一定的政府保护,同时应该作产业化道路,并提出若干政策建议。
With the improvement of the living standards of the people of our country and fast development of science and technology,the bankeard arises at the historic moment,but the bankeard industry of our country develops still extraordinary backwardness.This text analyze of our country bank card develop question in,analyze inmature industry theory and American bank card experience of development then at first ,think finally that our country should implement certain government to protect to the bank card, at the same time, should function as the road to industrialization, and put forward several policy recommendations.
