摘要
目的:探讨冰黄消肿镇痛剂治疗急性闭合性软组织损伤的临床疗效观察。方法:将180例急性闭合性软组织损伤患者随机分成两组,一组使用冰黄消肿镇痛剂持续湿敷,一组不使用任何消肿镇痛药物,对比观察两组病人的消肿和镇痛的疗效。结果:通过统计学分析,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论:使用冰黄消肿镇痛剂能够有效缩短急性软组织损伤患者的消肿时间和减轻病人的疼痛,恢复快,减少了病人的痛苦,是治疗闭合性软组织损伤较为有效的外用药物。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of binghuang xiaozhong zhentong recipe to treat the acute and closed parenchyma injure. Method：One hundred and eight patients with acute parenchyma injure were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group（n=120） and the control group（n=60）. The treatment group was treated with binghuang xiaozhong zhentong recipe, the control group was treated with no drug. To observe the clinical efficacy of two groups. Result： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group （p〈0. 05） through statistical analyse. Conclusion： Binghuang xiaozhong zhentong recipe can obviously shorten resolutive times and lighten pain of the patients of the acute and closed parenchyma injure. It is an effect medicine of external use.
