摘要
目的:观察粉碎性Colles骨折经手法复位小夹板固定的治疗情况,分析疗效及影响因素。方法:回顾临床处理的64例粉碎性Colles骨折经手法复位小夹板固定的患者,观察2年后的疗效,采用《骨折疗效标准草案》进行评价。结果:优32例,良20例,尚可8例,差4例,优良率为81.25%。X线片测量呈现不同程度的复位丢失。结论:虽然存在复位的丢失,但手法复位夹板固定治疗粉碎性Colles骨折可行,患者功能恢复情况满意。
Objective： To observe the treatment of comminuted Colles fractures with manipulative reduction and splint fixation and to analyze its curative effect and affection factors. Methods： Sixty-four patients with comminuted Colles fractures treated with manipulative reduction and splint fixation being reviewed. They were followed up for at least two years and as sessed by The Protocol of Curative Effect Standard of Bone Fractures. Results： Thirty-two patients had an excellent result; 20, a good result; 8, a fair result; and 4, apoor result. Fineness rate was 81.25%. Reduction loss of different degree had been observed when it was measured by the X-ray photos. Conclusions： Despite of the reduction loss, it was feasible to treat eomminuted Colles fractures with manipulative reduction and splint fixation. Patients had satisfied functional recovery.
