摘要
目的:探讨氩激光光凝在硅油填充眼视网膜脱离患者中的治疗作用。方法:对146例(146眼)硅油填充眼视网膜脱离患者先采用氩激光光凝的方法"筑堤",限制视网膜脱离范围扩大,然后在硅油填充3-4个月后行硅油取出术,术中用笛针吸出视网膜下液,复位视网膜后,以氩激光光凝脱离区视网膜。使用的氩激光参数为:激光能量120-150mW,曝光时间0.1s,光斑直径300-500μm,一般光凝3-4排。结果:所有病例中,氩激光光凝治疗后只有12眼视网膜脱离区扩大越过光凝堤坝需行硅油置换术。其余134眼均于硅油填充3-4月后行硅油取出术,并复位脱离区视网膜。硅油取出术后24眼复发视网膜脱离,大多数患者视力提高,无其他严重并发症发生。结论:对于硅油填充眼复发视网膜脱离如眼底增殖性病变不严重时,可先行氩激光光凝治疗,稳定视网膜脱离范围,以便早期取出眼内硅油,节省治疗时间和费用。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of argon laser photocoagulation applying in recurrent retinal detachment with silicone oil tamponde. Methods: Argon laser photocoagulation was performed in 146 patients with recurrent retinal dechment in the presence of silicone oil as early as possible in 3-4 months after silicone oil tamponade. Results: Argon laser photocoagulation was effective to confine the area of retinal detachment in 134 patients, only the other 12 patients required exchange of silicone oil. Recurrent retinal detachment occurred in 24 patients because of PVR. Conclusion: Argon laser photocoagulatlon is an effective method to confine the area of retinal detachment. It can help to remove silicone oil as possible as early.
