摘要
目的:观察体外反搏加牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:按临床诊断标准收集椎动脉型颈椎病患者116例,平均年龄51岁,对照组为90例年龄相近的健康人,采用EME-4040型经颅多普勒超声仪,对患病组和对照组,以及患病组治疗前后和转颈时对椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的峰值血流速度(Vp),平均血流速度(Vm),以及搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)进行检测分析。结果:患病组椎基底动脉(VBA)流速明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。患病组治疗前转颈可使血流减慢(P<0.01),治疗后转颈血流无变化(P>0.05),PI、RI值明显下降。结论:体外反搏加牵引是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the value of treatment for patients with cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type treated with external counterpulsation and traction therapy. Methods: After clinial diagnosis, 116 patients with cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type and 90 healthy controls were examined by EME-4004 type TCD. The peak velocity (Vp) and mean velocity (Vm) of blood flow of vertebral artery (VA) and basilar artery (BA), pulse index (PI) and resistance index (RI) were detected and analyzed before and after rehabilitation treatment. Results: The blood flow velocities of vertebrobasilar artery (VBA) of the patient group were much lower than those of the control group (P〈0.01). The blood flow velocity decreased when rotating neck before treatment (P〈0.01), while it did not change significantly after treatment (P〉0.05), and the PI and RI decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion: External counterpulsation and traction therapy is an effective comprehensive therapy to treat the cervical spondylosis of the vertebral artery type.
