Studies on pathogen of mao bamboo witches' broom

摘要 从桂林灵川毛竹林分离到2株毛竹丛枝病菌的菌株B1和B2,两者都具有较强的致病力,但在培养性状和形态特征上有一定差异,且B2菌株的致病力更强。通过分析病原菌核糖体DNA的ITS序列,结果表明B1和B2菌株与GenBank中竹针孢座囊菌的ITS序列的同源性为99.17%-100%,而B1和B2菌株之间只有一个碱基的差异,进一步证实毛竹丛枝病的病原是竹针孢座囊菌Aciculosporium take Miyake[=Balansia take(Miyake)Hara]。接种发病率与毛竹生长季节、接种方法有关,接种竹笋首次获得成功。 Two strains B1 and B2 of pathogen of witches' broom were isolated from mao bamboo in Lingchuan County of Guilin municipality. They all had strong pathogenicity but were differente in cultural and morphological characteristics, and the B2 strain had stronger pathogenicity. The ITS sequence of ribosomal DNA of B1 and B2 were compared with the sequence of Aciculosporium take in GenBank and their homegenies were 99.17%-100%, and difference between B1 and B2 was only 1 base. The result further confirmed that the pathogen of mao bamboo witches' broom was A. take Miyake [=Balansia take (Miyake) Hara]. The inoculate rate was related with season and inoculate method. Bamboo shoots were successfully inoculated firstly.
