摘要
对出口巴西的25 t轴重米轨转向架摇枕铸造工艺作了详尽的阐述,尤其是针对呋喃树脂砂的工艺特性采取有效的工艺措施,获得致密内部组织,防止热裂纹的产生,获得优良的铸件。
The casting process of 25t bolster exported to Brazil is elaborated in this paper, By taking effect process measure on furan resin sand, the bolster casting with compact microstrueture is obtained and no hot tears oeeured.
