摘要
研究了采用消失模制备流体设备钢铸件工艺,主要包括模具制作、涂料配制及涂敷、浇注系统设计等内容;通过观察表面质量、内部缺陷和增碳量,分析了选用不同密度的造型材料对铸件的影响;证实采用消失模铸造该铸件的可行性。
In this paper, we had studied on lost foam casting process for hydro-hardware. It mainly included model making,dope confacting and daubing,casting system designing and etc. we had also analyzed that the different density of model material affected the casting which based on observing the surface, interior disfigurement and carbon increment. It is confirmed that the lost foam casting process was feasible for hydro-hardware casting.
