摘要
通过引入含消费与居住舒适度的一般双变量效用函数,提出了城市居民效用最大化问题.解优化问题得出描述模型的二维动力系统.文中证明了系统存在唯一的双曲型平衡点,优化问题存在唯一的最优增长路径,因而城市经济的增长存在最优的人口规模.
By introducing a utility function with both consumption and amenity of the urban resident, the optimization problem with infinite level is present. A two-dimension dynamic system is obtained and it is proved that this svstem has unique non-zero positive saddle equilibrium and there exists an optimal urban population level.
