摆动活齿传动的强度研究及计算机辅助设计 被引量:8

摘要 通过分析摆动活齿沿着激波器接触点的法向变形呈正弦分布的规律,探讨了偏心圆激波器、活齿柱销、内齿圈齿廓作用于摆动活齿传动关键传动件活齿的作用力及其计算公式,基于弹性力学的赫兹理论研究了活齿与激波器啮合副的接触强度和活齿与内齿圈啮合副的接触强度及基于材料力学研究了活齿柱销的弯曲强度的计算方法,推导了相应的计算公式并应用上述方法和公式对活齿传动进行了计算机辅助设计。 Based on the analysis of the normal distortion of contact point of the swinging-movable teeth along with surge wheel which subit sine distributing , the forces and it' s formula which impose on the critical transmission ele- ment-movable teeth in surge wheel ,movable teeth spar peg and contour of internal gear were studied. Furthermore, Based on the Herts theory of elasticity mechanics, the calculation methods for contact fatigue strength about meshing pairs between movable teeth and surge wheel, meshing pairs between movable teeth and contour of internal gear were studied, and the bending fatigue strength of movable teeth spar peg were calculated using material mechanics. The calculation formulas were deduced and CAD was applied based on the methods and formulas.
