摘要
目的评价国产加替沙星注射液治疗呼吸道和泌尿道感染的临床疗效与安全性。方法将85例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(42例)静脉滴注加替沙星注射液(400mg/次,1次/d),对照组(43例)静脉滴注左氧氟沙星注射液(200mg/次,每12h一次),疗程均为7～14d。结果加替沙星和左氧氟沙星的临床有效率分别为90.5%和88.4%,细菌清除率分别为94.5%和94.1%,不良反应发生率分别为9.5%和7.0%,P均>0.05。结论加替沙星注射液治疗中、重度细菌感染,疗效确切,安全性好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic gatifloxacin injection in the treatment of respiratory and urinary tract bacterial infections, Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group （42 patients） were treated with gati- floxacin injection 400 mg, i, v., gtt,, q, d. for 7 - 14 d. The control group （43 patients） were treated with levofloxacin injection 200 rag, /. v., gtt., q. 12 h for 7- 14 d. Results The overall effective rates of gatifloxicin and levofloxacin were 90. 5% and 88.4%, respectively （P〉 0. 05）. The bacterial clearance rate were 94, 5% and 94. 1%, respectively （ P 〉 0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 9.5% in the treatment group and 7.0% in the control group （P 〉0, 05）. Conclusion Gatifloxacin injection is a highly effective and well tolerated antibacterial agent for the treatment of severe bacterial infections.
