摘要
文章从解读广东职业教育政策的视角,提出了"绿色基调"的观点,与世界银行职教贷款的创新期望不谋而合,强调了和谐创新的思想。通过对"绿色"内涵的剖析,让人们看到广东的职业教育政策彰显出职业教育是面向人人的教育,是促进人民安居乐业的教育,是为经济可持续发展的教育,是能帮人们脱贫致富的教育,是有利于实现和谐的教育。进而结合世行职教贷款的创新期望,肯定地指出广东的职业教育政策必定保障世行职教贷款能产生良好的示范性效应,能获取良好的效益。
The thesis puts forth the viewpoint of green keynote based upon the author＇s deciphering of the professional education policy of Guangdong Province, which goes along very well with the innovative expectation of World Bank＇s loan for professional education. Both stress the idea of harmony and innovation. By a further explanation of the green keynote, we can understand GD policy in this regard is for citizen education, for a stable life, for sustainable economic development and for shaking-off poverty. To assure us all this can set up a good example and achieve a great deal.
