摘要
高校由于存在着太多计划经济留下的弊端,严重影响了高校的发展。近年来,高校进入改革的时代。改革必然带来阵痛,带来利益的重新分配,如何客观、公正的评估高校行政人员的绩效,从而推行改革的进程。对于各个高校来说,都是一个不能回避的问题,同时也是一个决定人事改革成败的关键。本文对于高校行政管理人员的评估系统做出了一些探索,并建立起基于经验和波士顿矩阵分析法的两个数学模型。
Recently, systematic reforms have been expanding, among colleges and umversities in China, because some relevant demerits and weaknesses, surviving in the planned economy have slowed down the advancement of colleges and universities. Generally speaking, reforming will undoubtedly result in conceptive changes and redistribution of the interests and benefits. Among the other things, one urgently - solving issue is to assess and evaluate objectively and justly achievements of the administrative staff of colleges and universities. This issue has hugely effects on whether the innovation of personnel system among colleges and universities will go smoothly and further succeed finally. Consequently, this essay aims to analyze the system of assessment to adn^inistrative staff among colleges and universities, and to estab- lish two mathematic models on the ground of methodologies of empirical analysis and Boston Matrix Analysis
