摘要
加强教材管理是提高高校教学质量的重要条件之一,高等院校教材管理应选择完善的工作思路,同时教材采购招投标也应实现制度化和规范化。
To strengthen management of teaching materials is essential to improving college teaching quality. A series measures should be taken to enhance management of teaching materials. Related regulations should be promulgated to regulate tender and bid activities on teaching material purchase.
