摘要
职教师资的质量是决定职业教育发展水平的重要因素。要根本解决职业教育滞后问题,必须加大技术师范教育的基地建设,并且进一步创新职教师资培养的理念与模式。
The level of vocational education is decided by the quality of development of vocational normal education. The ultimate solution to the issue of vocational education lagged behind the need is to reinforce the base construction of technician - teacher education, and to innovate the concepts and models of technician teachers＇ training.
