摘要
目前学校人际关系中存在着种种问题，比如教师与领导之间的信任危机，教师与教师之间的不良竞争现象，教师用不当方式维护师道尊严，教师不同等看待社会地位不同的家长等等。逐一分析问题产生的原因，可找到有针对性的解决方法。
This article has listed some kinds of interpersonal relationships problems. Such as the crisis of trust between teachers and management, the phenomenon of unwarranted competition among teachers, the unjust way a teacher maintains his or her dignity against his or her students, the unequal treatments that teachers make to parents in different social positions. After anatomizing all the causes, the author works out some useful plans of solution accordingly.
