摘要
高技能人才培养已成为我国当前经济持续快速发展的重要问题,也是我国广大职业技术院校（含高级技工学校、技师学院）努力探索的主要问题。在技能型人才的培养中如何借助学徒制的培养模式,英国、澳大利亚、德国、韩国等国家创造了很好的经验——现代学徒制。本文从技能型人才的定义、学徒制及职业技术院校培养技能型人才的特点出发,提出了现代学徒制的概念并介绍了英国和澳大利亚在此方面所做的工作。
Training high-tech talents has been the main problem into which higher vocational colleges in China are probing hard. This thesis, starting from the definition of technical talents, apprenticeship and the distinguishing feature in which higher vocational colleges train technical talents, presents the concept of modern apprenticeship and introduces the achievements of Britain and Austrania in this field.
