摘要
目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定心达康的含量。方法以甲醇-0.2%磷酸(45:55) (pH2.27)为流动相,采用C_(18)化学键合硅胶为固定相,在检测波长368nm下进行测定。结果槲皮素、山奈素、异鼠李素三种黄酮分别在7.88μg.ml^(-1)～39.39μg·ml^(-1)、1.64μg.ml^(-)～8.18μg·ml^(-1)、23.40μg.ml^(-1)～117.0μg.ml^(-1)范围内线性良好,日内RSD≤1.38%(n=3),日间RSO≤1.96%(n=3),回收率99.4%～100.5%(n=3)。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determination the content of total flavanoids in Xindakang tabalets by RP - HPLC. Methods The contents of quercetin, kaempferol and isofhamnetin were determined by HPLC simultaneously. Cl8 column （250×4.6mm, 5μm） was used with the mixture of CH3OH- 0.2% phosphate （45：55） （pH2.27） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 with the detection wavelength at 368 nm. Results The calibration curves showed their good linearities in the range of 7.88 μg·ml^-1～39.39μg·ml^-1, 1.64μg·ml^-1～8.18μg·ml^-1, 23.40μg·ml^-1～117.0μg·ml^-1 respectively, the within- day RSD and between -day RSD were less than 1.38% （ n = 3） and 1.96% （ n = 3） respectively; the recovery of total flavanoids was 99.4%～100.5% （ n = 3）. Conclusion The method appeared to be simple, reliable and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Xindakang tablets.
