摘要
目的建立盐酸麻黄碱含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果盐酸麻黄碱在10～50μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991),平均回收率99.79%,RSD =0.36%。结论该方法简单、准确、重现性好,可作为盐酸麻黄碱含量测定方法。
Objective To estabhsh a method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride （EPH）. Method UV spectrophotometry was used to detect concentration of EHP in ephedrine hydrochloride nasal drops. Results When the concentration of EHP was between 10 - 50 （g/ml, the linear relation was good （r = 0.9991 ）, average recovery rate was 99.79 % （ RSD = 0.36 % ）. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and had high reappearance rate for detecting the concentration of EHP.
