摘要
目的本实验室筛选到一株可以代谢产生大量吲哚醌色素的土曲霉F120;吲哚醌色素具有显著降血糖活性;为了提高F120菌株产吲哚醌色素的产量,本实验对F120菌株固态发酵条件进行优化研究。方法使用大米作为固态发酵培养基,考察单因素对产量的影响,通过正交试验确定最优发酵条件。结果吲哚醌色素的最高产量可达1.1315g/Kg。结论菌株F120的固态发酵条件优化后,产量大幅提高,并且发酵方法简单可靠。
Objective The Aspergillus terreus strain F120, which can produce a large amount of indolyl benzoquinone pigments, had been isolated in our lab. Indolyl benzoquinone pigments have obvious Hypoglycemic effect. For increasing the yield of indolyl benzoquinone pigments, optimization researches on the sohd - state fermentational conditions of F120 were carried out. Methods Primary researches on the solid - state fermentational conditions of F120 were carried out. Its ability of producing indolyl benzoquinone pigment was examined by rice solid - state medium, and its optimtun cultivation conditions were acquired by orthogonal method. Results The F120 could gain a maximtun yield of 1.1315g/Kg indolyl benzoquinone pigments in the optimtun cultivation conditions. Conclusion The optimized fermentation method appeared to be simple, reliable and significantly increased the production of indolyl benzoquinone pigments.
