摘要
为观察红外线和微波理疗对肛周脓肿术后并发症的疗效，将90例肛周脓肿术后患者随机分为3组：A组（红外线理疗组）、B组（微波理疗组）和C组（对照组），分别观察理疗后排便时疼痛、脓血性分泌物、水肿等不适症状消失时间、挂线脱线时间、创口愈合时间、住院时间。结果显示，A、B两组与C组上述指标差异均有统计学意义，A、B两组间差异无统计学意义。结果表明，两种理疗方法均能改善创口局部血液循环，起到消炎止痛，消肿，促进创口愈合，缩短疗程的作用。
The therapeutic effect of postoperative infrared therapy and microwave therapy after operation for perianal abscess was assessed in this study. Ninety patients who had undergone operation for perianal abscess were randomised into 3 groups：group A received infrared therapy,group B received microwave therapy,and group C is a control one. The postoperative physiotherapeutic indexes of pain upon defecation, purulent secretion,the disappearance time of edema among others,exfoliation time of the drawing thread,wound healing time and hospital stay were recorded and compared. As results,there were statistical significances in difference between groups A and C and between groups B and C,while there was no statistical significance in difference between group A and group B. It is concluded that infrared therapy and microwave therapy can improve local blood supply（the wound area） and play the roles of anti-inflammation, stopping pain detumescence, wound healing, etc.
