摘要
应用自体骨软骨移植术修复软骨缺损进行评价分析,对软骨缺损的12例(12膝)患者进行自体骨软骨移植术。12例均一期愈合,均顺利康复。Brittberg-peterson评分由术前的100.1分恢复到术后的43.7分。应用自体软骨移植术治疗膝关节软骨缺损患者取得了满意的疗效。这一治疗策略体现了哲学的光辉。
To evaluated the autogenous osteochondral grafting performed for severe the patients with cartilaginous defects, 12 knees in 12 patients with cartilaginous defects were performed with autogenous osteochondral grafting. The 12 cases healed smoothly and recovered successfully. The average Brittbergpeterson score was decreased from 100, 1 to 43.7 points after the surgery. Autogenous osteochondral grafting was used to repair the cartilaginous defects in our department and good curative effect was achieved. This strategy of treatment is imolication of ohilosoohical thinking.
