摘要
以某肋拱桥拆除方案为例,剖析了其中存在的一些问题,指出了拱桥拆除中容易忽略的一些环节。桥梁拆除安全事故易发、多发、频发,只有参建各方高度重视桥梁拆除的安全管理工作,全面收集需拆除桥梁的各项资料,科学编制桥梁拆除方案,强化方案专家审查制度,提前做好各项保障措施,精心组织拆除施工,加强拆除过程的监控,才能确保桥梁安全无事故拆除。
This paper analyzes the problems found in a rib-arch bridge demolish scheme, and indicates some important process that are easily neglected during demolish.Accidents often happens when demolishing without enough attention paid by all parties involved and without proper safety management.It is necessary to prepare a scientific and reasonable scheme,collect all related documents and implement strictly the expert review policy,and to manage demolishing carefully, take the precaution actions in earlier stage and monitor demolish process.
