摘要
用三原色气体激光测量染液浓度,按染液浓度控制染色的加工系统,可取代传统的温度控制图。纱线和织物在染色之前经激光照射可获得很深的色调,并可提高织物的上染率。激光雕刻是将图案直接转移到圆网上,使雕刻工艺更为简捷和精确。激光技术还可应用于印花机的控制,印花产量可提高25%,而且印花质量也大有提高。
In this lecture, the application of laser to dyeing and printing is introduced. 1. Laser initiated by trichromatic gas can be used to measure the concentration of dye bath in order to control dyeing process, replacing traditional temPerature control PrOgram. 2. Yarns and fabrics radiated wth laser Prior to dyeing, thus deeper colour and higher dyf-uptake can be obtained. 3' Laser engraving can tran8ferred pattern onto rotary 8creen directly. 4. Laser technique can contro1 the operation of printing tnachine,making printing outputs rise 25X and printing quali-ty improve remarkably.
