摘要
本文在大量试验、验证基础上提出了一种较快速、简便,适用于普通纺织品实验室检测禁用偶氮染料的薄层色谱分析方法。本方法的最低检出量为0.2μg,可满足德国政府规定禁用芳香胺类化合物含量≤30ppm要求,同时还对试样上偶氮染料的还原、提取,试样溶液及芳香胺溶液的稳定性,展开剂的选择,以及点样、试验条件、有关技术参数、注意事项和影响试验结果的因素等进行研究。
Based on a large amount of tria1s, TLC is presented in this paPer to detect fOrbidden azo dyes in laboratory,featuring rapid, 8imple aed fitting fOr common textiles. Using this testing method, the lowest 1imit of detection 0.2 ng can be 8atisfied the demand of < 30 ppm content of harmful aromatic amide, which was promulgated by Ger-man gOverment. Meanwhile, reduction and extractiOn of azo dyes, stability of testing sample and aromatic aminesolution, option Of developing agent8,as well as dOtting operation of sample, testing conditions, related technical index and POints fOr attention are all described in details.
