摘要
用低温氮等离子体引发丙烯酰胺对涤纶织物进行接枝,探讨了丙烯酰胺预处理及等离子体引发处理条件。经实验,丙烯酰胺预处理涤纶的最佳条件为:丙烯酰胺30%(w/w),时间为3h,室温,浴比50:1;氮等离子体的最佳处理条件为:放电功率64W,真空度70Pa,时间20s。此外,对上染百分率、亲水性、染色深度及染色牢度的影响也予以了讨论。
In this study, grafting can be initiated by low temperature nitrogen plasma on polyester fabric pretreated with acrylamide. The process conditions of both acrylamide pretreatment and plasma initiation are discussed. Based on trials, the optimum condition for acrylamide pretreatment of PO1yester fabric is acrylamide 30% (w/w), 3 hours,room temperation, 50 l 1 liquor ratio l meanwhile the best condition fOr nitrogen plasma initiation of the pretreatedpolyester fabric is 60W, 70Pa. 20 seconds. The effect of modified fabric on hydrophility, dye-uptake, dye depth and fastness is also explored.
