摘要
通过扫描电镜和体外透皮吸收实验研究了低分子肝素脂质体喷胶透皮吸收的作用机理。证明脂质体对角质层的脂质发生作用，改变了角质层的超微结构，提高了角质层的通透性，促进了低分子肝素的透皮吸收。
Transdermal absorption mechanism of low molecular weight heparin liposomal spray gel was studied by scanning electron microscope and transdermal absorption experiment in vitro. lt was confirmed that liposomes could react with lipids of stratum corneum , modify the surface ultra structure of stratum corneum , improve the permeability of stratum corneum and enhance the transdermal absorption of the drug.
