摘要
网格化管理的目的是为了整合组织资源,提高组织管理效率。将网格化管理理念引入到城市农民工职业教育管理体系中,形成网格化管理模式,可以有效解决目前城市农民工职业教育管理中存在的问题。城市农民工职业教育网格化管理体系包括两大网格系统和三个应用平台,网格化管理体系通过资源网格与服务网格建立随需而变的资源动态调配的自适应机制。为保障网格化管理体系机制的有效运行,应该建立相应的协同配套体系。
The goal of grid management is to reorganize resources and enhance the efficiency of management. Therefore, the introduction of the idea of grid management into the vocational education management system for the city farm laborers to form the grid management pattern may solve effectively the problems existing in the vocational education management for the city farm laborers. The grid management system includes two big grid systems and three application platforms. It establishes the adaptive mechanism through the resources grid and the service grid. In order to guarantee its effective operation, we should establish the coordination system.
