摘要
介绍了广泛应用于美国建筑业的AIA合同文件,并将其与国际通用的FIDIC合同文件进行了深入地比较分析。旨在通过本研究使中国承包商充分了解这两个国际标准合同文本之间的区别与联系,从而在工程实践中更好地借鉴这些国际通用合同方面的成就,不断提高中国建筑工程承包合同的管理水平。
This paper firstly introduces the AIA contract condition published by the American Institute of Architects,which is widely applied in the United States,and then carries out a deep comparison analysis of AIA contract condition and FIDIC contract condition. It is anticipated that the comparison between these two widely-used contract conditions will be a reference for Chinese engineering practice and ultimately makes great contribution to Chinese engineering contract management.
