摘要
在建设项目从决策设计到实施运行直到拆除的全过程中,风险对全生命周期的费用的影响贯穿其中。为了有效地对费用风险进行管理,文章首先对费用风险内容进行分析,找出费用风险管理的难点,建立了费用风险管理系统,并指出了此系统实施时的关键问题。本文的研究为费用风险的管理提出了一种新的思路和技术方法。
In the total process of the construction project, risk has an important influence on the life-cycle cost from the decision-making and the running phase till the backout phase, For the sake of effective risk management, it firstly analyzes the risk content and finds out the difficulty, then it establishes a cost risk manage system and points out key problems. The study puts forward a novel idea and technique for the risk management.
