项目管理模式决定项目参与方在项目实施中的角色和职责,其选择影响项目的实施效率和经济效益。应用可变权重多属性比较技术(SMART)进行项目管理模式选择可以提高决策质量,提升工程建设效率,可靠实现项目既定目标。
Project management mode defines the roles and responsibilities of the parties involved in a project. The decision maded in the selection of project management mode for a project impacts the efficiency of project execution and its economic benefit.It will impove the quality of decision making and the project execution efficiency and achieve the objectives of project reliably if we apply SMART into our decision making process.
