摘要
以系统随机整群抽样法采集了固原黄牛血液，采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳对３个系统７个群体６个蛋白位点进行了检测。结果表明，所检测的６个位点均表现出多态性，其频率分布与中原黄牛有差异。３个系统间的遗传差异甚小。
Three Gu Yuan yellow cattle bloods were sampled with the method of whole system random sampling, six blood protein loci of 7 population in 3 system were examined, the results indicated: the examined 6 blood loci all showed polymorphism, the frequency distribution had some differences with Zhong Yuan Yellow Cattle, the genetic variance in 3 system was very few.
