血液灌流联合血液透析治疗灭幼脲中毒1例

摘要
患者女.1生,80岁,既往有“高血压”病史5年,“脑梗死”病史1年,无明显肢体瘫痪等后遗症。入院前1小时自服“灭幼脲”250ml,当即被家人发现,此时患者神志尚清,20min后被送往当地医院洗胃治疗,随后转往山东省青岛第八人民医院,在转送过程中患者开始出现意识障碍,四肢厥冷,无肢体抽搐,无大汗淋漓,
