摘要
对2005年湖北省某市医学会医鉴办受理的112例医疗纠纷进行调查,调查内容包括纠纷发生原因、科室、时段以及鉴定结果等。调查结果显示,112例纠纷中,鉴定为医疗事故比例为36.6%,发生于节假日和夜班的占其中的41.5%;纠纷涉及医疗机构数为56家,科室数为18个;事故频发科室前三位分别为骨科、普外科、产科。在调查分析的基础上,本文得出以下结论:为构建和谐医患关系,减少医疗纠纷,政府、医方、患方、社会各方应共同努力。
It makes a survey of 112 appraised medical disputes happened in some city of Hubei in 2005, and the Survey mainly includes why, where and when these disputes happened, as well as the appraisal results and so on. Result shows： Among the 112 disputes, malpractices identify as 41,accounting for 36.6%, 17 of which take place on festivals or holidays and nights, account for 41.5 %; The total number of medical organization related to is 56, while that of departments related to is 18; Three departments where accidents most possibly take place are： department of orthopedics, general surgery, and obstetrical. In order to construct the harmonious medical relations and reduce medical disputes, the government, doctors and patients, or rather the whole society should do their efforts together.
