摘要
多聚配合物[Cd(β-ala)Cl2]用CdCl2与β-丙氨酸(β-ala,H3N+CH2CH2CO2-)在水溶液反应制得,并用单晶结构分析法测定其结构.该配合物的化学式为C3H7CdCl2NO2,属正交晶系,空间群为Pnma(No.62),a=694.4(1),b=796.3(2),c=1293.1(3)pm,V=0.7150(6)nm3,Z=4,Mr=272.40,Dc=2.530Mg/m3,用834独立衍射数据对结构进行精化,最后残差因子R1=0.0421.结果表明,每个镉离子与4个Cl和2个β-ala的羧基氧原子配位,呈变形八面体结构.每对镉离子由2个Cl和1个双齿羧基桥连。
Polymeric [Cd(β alaCl 2] was prepared by reaction of CdCl 2 and β alanine(β ala,H 3N +CH 2CH 2CO 2 -)and the crystal structure has been determined by single-crystal structure analysis.The complex, formulated as C 3H 7CdCl 2NO 2,crystallizes in the orthorhombic space Pnma (No.62),with a =694 4(1), b =796 3(2), c =1 293 1(3) pm, V =0 715 0(6) nm 3, Z =4, M r=272 40, D c=2 530 Mg/m 3.The structure was refined with 834 unique reflections, giving the final R 1=0 042 1.The result shows that each Cd(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by four chloro atoms and two oxygen atoms of the β ala carboxylate group, forming a distorted octahedral geometry; each pair of adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) atoms are triply bridged by two μ 2 chloro ligands and a syn syn carboxylate group of β ala,resulting in one dimensional polymeric chains running along the α- axis.
