摘要
介绍了一种评价镀(涂)层结合强度的新方法——单摆冲击划痕法。它能有效地评价和定量地测定镀(涂)层与基材的结合强度以及冲击载荷下镀(涂)层的耐磨性能。用冲击划痕法测定Ni-P化学镀层与碳钢结合强度的试验结果表明,保持合适的基材表面粗糙度,控制基材的含碳量以及选择适当的热处理温度可以提高Ni-P化学镀层与基材的结合强度和承载能力。
A new method,single pendulum scratching test, as well as the tester, to evaluate adhesive strength between plating and substrate is introduced. The resistance of plating/substrate composites to abrasion with impact is investigated with the new method.It is shown that the adhesive strength between electroless plated Ni P film and substrate depends on roughness of the substrate surface, carbon concentration of the steel substracte, and heat treatment temperatures.
