摘要
采用ＥＬＩＳＡ，免疫电镜，常规电镜及田间症状观察法对云南省３４个县市烟草病毒病害进行了调查。云南省烟草病毒病害主要病原为ＴＭＶ，ＴＥＶ，ＣＭＶ，ＰＶＸ，ＰＶＹ。五种主要烟草病毒复合侵染的现象非常突出，有两种至五种病毒复合侵染的现象，表现出非常复杂的田间症状。本文主要报道五种病毒单纯及复合侵染所表现病理特征。
Five main tobacoo viral diseases and an unknown virus were detected on the tobacoos in Yunnan province. Five viruses were TEV, TMV, CMV, PVX and PVY. The viruses co-infected tobacoo leaves to cause serious and complex diseases.
