摘要
分级淬火是消除形状记忆合金马氏体稳定化的有效途径.Cu-Zn-Al 合金极易呈现稳定化,且使用分级淬火消除稳定化的等温组织内,除马氏体组织外,还伴随有针状组织的出现.本文主要研究分析该针状组织的组织结构及其形成对合金形状记忆性能的影响.
In the study of the effects of step quenching on the characteristic of stabilized and thermoelastic martensite gained from direct quenching in Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloys,it is shown that step quenching is an effective way to remove martensite stabilization.Besides,the structure of needle-like bainites formed from isothermal duration in the step quenched materials has been analyzed by using electron diffraction technique and other methods.The mechanism of bainite formation and the effect of it on shape memory behaviors have been discussed.
