摘要
机械故障诊断过程中,信号采集、特征提取以及基于特征提取的状态模式识别是实现设备状态监测与故障诊断的重要环节。本文从故障诊断的全过程出发,结合活塞式空压机的故障诊断实施,讨论了开发机械故障诊断系统的若干技术问题。
The signal collect,characteristic collect and pattern recognition which based on the characteristic collect are the important steps in the course of machine work survey and fault diagnosis .With the example of piston air compressor fault diagnosis,several key techniques of development on the system of machine fault diagnosis have been discussed.
