摘要
2006年10月4日,太钢2号高炉冷却壁破损,软水大量漏入炉内,造成炉缸冻结。处理过程中采用冶金性能良好的烧结矿加硅石基本原料结构、吹铁口、集中加净焦、适宜的风量和风压等手段,仅用时5d就将炉况恢复至正常水平,并且没有破坏操作炉型,为高炉继续强化提供了保障。
On October 4, 2006, the damage of the cooling wall and leakage of the softened water into the hearth resulted in freeze-up of the hearth of TISCO No.2 BF. In the process of the treatment, using the basic raw material structure with good metallurgical character , blowing iron notch, adding net coke in a concentrated way, using moderate air volume and air pressure were adopted. In the five days, the hearth worked normally again without the damage of the furnace , supplying guarantee of the BF reinforcement.
