摘要
自上个世纪60年代起,以美国为首的发达国家先后建立了产品召回制度。鉴于目前频繁发生缺陷产品造成消费者伤害事件及不规范的产品召回实际,我国急需建立产品召回制度。针对我国目前缺陷产品召回制度的现状,从立法层面上提出了关于实施缺陷产品召回制度的建议。
Beginning from 1960＇ s, the United States of America and other developed countries have successively established their product recall systems. Because of the frequent cases in China of damages caused by defect products to consumers and irregular product recall practices ,there is an urgent need to establish a national product recall system in China . Aim at defect product recall system＇s actuality presently in China, paper bring forward propose about defect product recall system on legislation in China.
