Research on the Coriolis Force Grain Flow Sensor

摘要 通过比较市场上应用的几种谷物流量传感器的优缺点,利用科氏力原理,分析谷物流量与科氏力力矩之间的关系,研究出一种旋转圆盘式谷物流量传感器。同时,简述了其系统构成、工作原理及信号接收系统。实践证明:该流量传感器具有测量精度高、使用方便等特点,具有一定的应用价值。 Through comparing the advantage and disadvantage of several kinds of grain flux sensor used in market at present, the author designed a kind of grain flux sensor with a rotating disk based on Coriolis force theory and analyzed the relation of grain flux and Coriolis moment . And then, the author recounted principle, structure and signal receiving system of sensor. At last, the author summarized the trait of high accuracy and convenience, emphasized attentive things of flux sensor.
