核素骨显像操作技术对肿瘤患者骨病灶探测结果的影响

摘要 目的探讨核素骨显像操作技术对肿瘤患者骨病灶探测结果的影响。方法收集本院1998年10月至2006年9月间16331例次肿瘤患者骨显像病例进行分析。经静脉注射99mTc-亚甲基二膦酸盐(MDP)555~925MBq后2.5~6小时行全身骨显像检查,部分病例加局部静态显像。结果本组病例在全身骨显像检查中视不同情况加扫不同体位、不同角度的局部静态显像,为正确的读片及临床分析提供尽可能多的有用信息。结论掌握并应用核医学全身骨显像及局部显像的方法,发挥不同体位、不同角度采集条件的优势,对肿瘤患者骨转移灶的探测及骨病灶的定位、定性有重要作用。 Objective To evaluate the impact of nuclide bone imaging operation technique in the bone focus on the dete ct ing of the tumors patients. Methods 16331 cases of tumors patients were diagnosed from October 1998 to December 2006, the examinations were performed from 2.5 to 6 hours later after the intravenous injection of ^99mTc-MDP (555-925 MBq), part of the cases increase regional imaging. Results According the individual condition, these cases in whole body bone imaging increase the regional static imoging in different poses and different angles. It provides as much as possible information that is useful for accurate diagnosis clinical analysis. Conclusion It's important to understand and use the method of nuclear medicine of whole body bone imaging and regional imaging, taking the advantage of collecting in different poses and different angles. Also, it' s useful in detecting of the bone metastasis focus of tumors patients and determining the location and nature.
