摘要
目的探讨骨髓细胞形态学检查在不明原因发热(FUO)患者诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2006年8月99例不明原因发热患者。结果99例患者中骨髓表现具特异诊断价值的27例,对恶性血液系统疾病引起的不明原因发热有明确诊断作用。有阳性提示作用的51例,浆、网状细胞的增高多存在感染因素。结论骨髓细胞形态学检查可为不明原因发热患者的临床诊断提供重要线索,是一种经济有效的检查手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical applications of bone marrow examination in fever of unknown origin （FUO） . Methods All 99 patients diagnosed FUO from January 2003 to August 2006 were reviewed retrospectively. Resnlts Among the 99 cases, 27 cases could be diagnosed affirmatively through bone marrow examination, and the FUO caused by hematological malignancies could be diagnosed directly. Morphology features of 51 cases provided more advantages for clinical diagnosis, the increase of plasma cell and reticular cell main caused by infection diseases. Conclusion The bone marrow examination can offer important information for clinical dianosis of FUO, it is an economic and effective diagnostic method.
