摘要 本文研究了Al2O3-SiO2系纤维增强ZL109合金复合材料的时效特性,结果表明:AlO3-SiO2系纤维增强ZL109合金复合材料具有和ZL109合金相似的时效硬化曲线及相同的析出相.在对软硬化过程中复合材料始终保持比ZL109合金较高的硬度,而且随着时效时间的延长,硬度的下降比ZL109合金的缓慢.特别在高温(623K)下这一特点更为显著.复合材料中GPB区形成时所需的活化能较ZL109合金的高,而S'相析出时所需的活化能比ZL109合金的低. The age-hardening characters of ZL109 alloy matrix composite reinforced by Al2O3-SiO2 fibre have been studied. It was found that ZL109 alloy matrix composite and ZL109 alloy had similar age-hardening curve, and the same precipitates. ZL109 alloy matrix composite exhibited higher hardness than ZL109 alloy in whole process of aging, and the hardness of the composite decreased more slowly than that of ZL109 alloy especially at high temperature (623 K). The calculation of activation energy showed that the GPB zone forma-tion of ZL109 alloy matrix composite needed more activation energy than that of ZLl09 alloy, while the S′ phase formation in ZL109 alloy matrix composite needed less activation energy than that in ZL109 alloy.
