摘要
目的:探讨小阴唇肥大整形术的手术方法和术后效果。方法:于小阴唇中部沿其纵轴设计一椭圆形或长菱形切口,并作全层切除,形成以小阴唇上、下部为蒂的双蒂组织,横向拉拢,分层缝合。结果:用本方法治疗小阴唇肥大23例(41侧)效果满意。结论:该术式操作简便,效果确切,所留组织血运有保障;切口隐蔽,愈合良好,外观自然;是一种小阴唇肥大整形术的较好手术方法。
Objective To study the surgical method and effect of nympha hypertrophy anaplasty.Method Afyer the central ellipse-shaped or diamond-shaped part of nympha longititudinally-exsised,put and stitch the inner and outside parts together.Results All the 23 caese,41 sides,prove to be good resutts with this method.Conclusion It is easy and effective.The operation keeps the remained tissues blood supplied and has the advantages of invisible incisions,well healing and good apperance.
