摘要
目的讨论骨原发性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(MFH)的病理、X线表现,提高对该病的认识。方法分析8例骨原发性恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的病理、X线表现。结果病理上由多种细胞成分构成以成纤维细胞和组织细胞为主。X线表现为单发溶骨性破坏为主要表现,肿瘤周围的骨皮质有不同程度膨胀,可形成软组织肿块,骨膜反应或病理性骨折等。结论诊断主要依据于病理检查和X线表现。
Objective To discuss pathology and x-ray features of primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma（MFH）of the bone.Methods 8 cases of primary malignant fibrous histiocytom of bone proved by operation and pathology were examined by pathology and x-ray features were analyzed.Results Pathologic,all the tumor tissue consists of various kinds of cells,which were mainly fibrobasts and histiocytes.The principal x-ray manifestations included solitary osteolytic destructive changes,cortical expansion around the tumor;The penetration of the cortex with Large soft tissue mass formation;Slight periosteal reaction and pathological fracture.Conclusion The diag-nosis of MFH mainly depends on pathologic examination and x-ray manifestations.
